Tracy Williams, RN, is a Registered Nurse with more than 24 years of experience spanning emergency services, perioperative care, post-anesthesia recovery, and orthopedic nursing. She has held clinical leadership roles within acute care settings, supporting perioperative coordination, interdisciplinary collaboration, and quality improvement initiatives. Having practiced in Canada, the United Kingdom, and New Zealand, Tracy brings an international perspective to patient safety and infection prevention. She currently serves as Customer Success Director at Ondine Biomedical, where she leads the clinical implementation of infection prevention strategies across healthcare environments.
