Welcome Message
Dear participants of the Public Health Care Conference 2025,
It is an honor and pleasure to write a few welcome notes. The ongoing healthcare transformation towards personalized, preventive, predictive, participative precision medicine (P5M) considers individual health status, conditions, and genetic and genomic dispositions in personal, social, occupational, environmental, and behavioral contexts. This requires comprehensive communication and cooperation among professionals from multiple domains, utilizing new and existing methodologies and technologies. This approach is meanwhile mandatory for all multi-domain projects at ISO, CEN, IEEE, etc. Because of their formal and foundational nature, model and methodology are not restricted to health and social care, but have been successfully deployed already in many other domains. We look forward to an exciting and productive conference. We look forward to an exciting and productive conference.Dr. Habil Bernd Blobel University of Regensburg, Germany
