Dr. Alvee Ahsan was the National Officer of the Human Rights & Peace in the International Federation of Medical Students Association, Bangladesh during 2018-2020 , and Chair of the Bangladesh International Medical Students Scientific Congress in 2020

He was the Assistant Head Coordinator for the Education Against Tobacco, Bangladesh, and the Research Assistant for the telepsychiatry Research and Innovation Network.
